Built between 1774 and 1784 by Chalgrin, the church Saint-Philippe-du-Roule represents the monuments influenced by the classical antiquity architecture. Chalgrin choose a basilical plan with 3 naves separated in 3 lines of columns. The entrance composed of a large portique with 4 columns. The church has been extended two times.
