A 3 stars restaurant with a reasonnable price for that level of perfection.Jean-Claude Vrinat, the Owner and Michel del Burgo, the new chef (ex Le Bristol) has smoothly picked up where predecessor Philippe Legendre left off,haute cuisine enhanced by one of Paris best wine list and perfect service.
