Hanafousa founded in 1972, this lovely Japanese cuisine restaurantin Saint Germain des Pres in the 6th district, is one of the few places in Paris devoted to Teppanyaki dishes, cooked in front of you on a large griddle. At Hanafousa it's good, fine and really fun, with chefs who are jugglers tossing meat, seafood and vegetables from the cooker into your plate. Feel free to opt for one of the menus of the house, because they are very complete and clean.
