Agua is really a truly welcome return to the Beijing dining scene. Indeed, Chef Jordi Valles uses all his know-how to fix meal that is a treat for both the eyes and the palate. The service is professional and friendly with staff which seem clearly to enjoy their jobs. The interior a bit conservative is sophisticated and comfortable and generates a relaxed ambience. An open kitchen, nice lighting and pleasant jazz at just the right volume are added to the décor and ambiance. An advice : this place is very appreciated, think to book beforehand especially on weekend.
