The hotel's delightful luxury brasserie is on two levels, each with a view of the other, which
are connected by a majestic wrought-iron staircase. At the helm is Chef Eric Desbordes,
who, in collaboration with triple Michelin-starred chef Eric Frechon, presents creative
French cuisine in an informal Parisian atmosphere.
In order to establish itself as a creative and lively gourmet restaurant, 114 Faubourg hosts
wine appreciation evenings on the first Monday of each month. The wine grower, selected by
Marco Pelletier, Head Sommelier at Le Bristol, presents their wine in person over a
four-course tasting menu specially created for these occasions.
