In Peking Opera, it represents the characters and their feelings suchas anger, joy, sorrow, surprise, sadness .... by a mix of stylized action, singing, dialogue and mime. The costumes, makeup and actions of the characters are clearly explicit about the role and feelings of the character in the story.
The repertoire of Beijing Opera is mainly based on stories set in ancient dynasties, historical events, depicting emperors, ministers and generals.
