Creation and communication
Faced from the outset to restrictions on the promotion of alcoholic beverages, Paul Ricard (1909-1997) devised a range of images and objects, declining to identify the codes created its brand. The exhibition of the Museum of Decorative Arts Ricard SA since 1932 gives details of the inventive communication, which remains a model for advertising. It shows the extreme consistency of all, since the colors - the yellow of the sun and the blue sea, to evoke a Mediterranean ambience - even the smallest object, like water jug designed to hold ice cubes in from posters and slogans, including the unusable "A Ricard or nothing!"
