The best pastry chef in the world opens his first shop in Paris.
It will be in the 1st district of Paris, passers-by and curious quiver of impatience in front of the golden facade of The Pastry of the Meurice by Cédric Grolet. A haven of excellence for the creations of this thirty-year-old chef recently elected "best pastry chef in the world" by the prestigious association "Les Grandes Tables du Monde".
From Tuesday, March 20 at 12am, Cédric Grolet's emblematic pieces will finally be available for sale with the opening of this boutique-laboratory entirely designed by the famous pastry chef of the Meurice Hotel since 2013. "This is the the first time the customer is allowed to bring home pastries, "says Cédric Grolet, who collaborated with the French architects Cigüe to imagine this new concept.
