A hike for everyone on the Champs-Élysées on July 28
On the occasion of 100 years of Maillot Jaune, Tour de France, in association with the City of Paris, invite all bike enthusiasts to participate, Sunday, July 28, a hike of Tour de France, a few hours before the passage runners on the avenue des Champs-Elysées.
In June, most of the main cities of the Grande Boucle celebrate the feast of the Tour by organizing a some events to promote the practice of cycling, as a hobby but also as a means of transport of the daily. To celebrate the 100 years of the Maillot Jaune, Tour de France, in association with the City of Paris, extends the festivities by inviting all bike enthusiasts to participate, Sunday, July 28, in the Tour de France, on the circuit of 7 kilometers taken by the professional peloton at the end of the last stage.
Bicycle enthusiasts will be able to discover the new bike path that allows you to cycle on the Champs-Élysées in complete safety.
The start of the hike - open to all from 14 years old and accessible to people with reduced mobility - will be given Avenue Foch at 1:30pm. Each participant will receive a 100-year-old yellow jersey collector's tee-shirt before riding the most beautiful avenue in the world by bike. For two hours, the Champs-Élysées will offer hikers.
The registration fee 5 € per person will be entirely donated to two associations: Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque et Agir pour la santé des femmes.
