For the summer of 2019, the pastry chef wanted to go as close as possible to the true flavors of fruits and plants in ice cream and sorbets

Each year, Pierre Hermé imagines new ice creams. For the summer of 2019, the pastry chef wanted to go as close as possible to the true flavors of fruits and plants in ice cream and sorbets to fall. Pierre Hermé Paris ice creams exalt the freshness of the flavors borrowed from the macaroons collections "Infiniment" or "Signature".
Available in all Pierre Hermé Paris stores in France. To be found also in our Cafés, Restaurants & Corners Rue Bonaparte, Beaupassage & 86 Champs as well as the Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris, for a tasting in the most Parisian Palaces of the capital.

Glace Jardin des Délices: Imagine a garden of Sicilian mandarines, lemons of Mexico and Basil.

Glace Ispahan: this ice cream is the iced version of Pierre Hermé's signature recipe: rose, raspberry and letchi.

Glace au Macaron Infiniment Citron: The acidity of the juice and the bitterness of the zest are counterbalanced by the texture of the almond macaroon!

Sorbet Infiniment Fraise: Strawberries Gariguette or Ciflorette depending on the season, a little lemon juice and a hint of sugar.

Glace Miléna: red fruits, mint.

Glace Montebello: this pistachio according to Pierre Hermé, tasty and tart thanks to bitter almond and strawberry.

Glace Infiniment Vanille: Infiniment Vanille brings together the best vanilla beans (vanilla from Tahiti, vanilla from Mexico and vanilla from Madagascar)

Glace Infiniment Praliné Noisette: this creation recreates hazelnut in flavors and texture.

Glace Ultime: An ingenious blend of three Pure Origin black chocolates (Belize, Cayo District, Xibun Plantation), combined with Madagascar vanilla and thin dark chocolate leaves, for an explosion of flavors.

Glace Infiniment Chocolat: this flavor accord highlights bitter chocolate with cocoa bean nougatine, fleur de sel and black pepper from Sarawak
